Striving For Balance (I)

Striving For Balance (I) - With increasing age, I deem myself increasingly exposed to many- rather than to one- sidedness. What's that supposed to imply again, you may rightfully wonder? Well, it simply signifies that with my horizon still broadening into all possible directions, I actually appear to be creating more and more room for the notion of balance in many a different way covering multiple areas of life. Just picture two scales which inevitably leave a fairly oddly distorted impression if one side constantly predominates and therefore overbears the weaker or lighter counterpart. Basically, everything, no, rather anything in life, naturally seeks balance despite or perhaps just because of its overall dual character. Wisdom, I would like to believe, sets in once our generally all too narrow- minded and one- sided manner of looking at life, at an individual and collective level alike, finally begins to dissolve. Not until then shall we register a noticeable change in perception as far as our ways of thinking are concerned. Rather frequently, I discuss this topic with my husband who, more than on just one occasion, has pointed out the most simple daily routines which, although, they must have been staring me right in the face all along, somehow managed to remain unnoticed to me. As time per Se plays a major part in all of that, most presumably even the most significant and equally the most determining role, it seems only conclusive to presume that humans ripe with age just like some hopefully good grapes. Decades of introspective insight can't but leave their marks with regard to our growing awareness of just another intriguing twist in the game. Imperfections, this is. Nothing but genetically passed down imperfections such as facial asymmetries, shorter limbs, smaller hands, etc. Nature's whims, I'm afraid, hardly ever perform well within that mercilessly competitive scope of polar equilibrium but instead often result in hindering that process. Any irregularities that are easily maskable during one's youth still are by and by accentuated in their prominence as well as their stage of progress, all bound to make themselves felt ever the more as the years zoom by. For instance, the one leg which has always been longer than the other will, despite the body's most natural attempts to even out that 1 or 2- inch difference, will over time succumb to defects such as skeletal deformities, untimely deterioration of joints, muscular atrophies, and much more. The bigger right eye will down the line just keep stressing its discrepancy in size compared to the left one. On a much less complex and yet macro- kind of side, whoever used to miss out on sleep in their younger days, will ultimately catch up on slumber, regardless of personal preference or level of consciousness. Those, who were malnourished or starved of nutrition as children, are reportedly more prone than others to gradually swing towards the other pole and start devouring foods in rather excessive quantities, consequently ending up being overweight or obese. Hard- working folks tend to reach a point in their lives where they suddenly decelerate, eventually morphing into lazybones, couch- potatoes or whatever else. Not seldom, childhood poverty lastly strikes a fair balance through the acquisition and accumulation of riches. On a micro- base, most of the examples given in this context appear to follow suit just fine. So, we might overeat today but should rather naturally cut back tomorrow provided we listen to our hunger signals. No worries, if we sleep little to nothing tonight, we have a good chance of getting it all back during the next few nights. Doing too much work over longer stretches automatically calls for some time off here and there for the sole purpose of resting and recharging one's batteries again. - More examples are to follow next week.

Seelenpartner, Zwillingsseelen, ... Alles Aus Einer Einzigen Seele (II)

Seelenpartner, Zwillingsseelen, ... Jede Seel

Follow The Stars (II)

Follow The Stars (II)   - Over the years I've done quite a few astrological sessions, and I've got to say, the majority had come into that clearly anticipating some fortune telling or rather future- perspective oriented readings but ultimately turned out to be genuinely reconciled and highly grateful for what they had got instead. Thank God, only a handful and thus a ridiculously marginal percentage has turned away, obviously too frustrated or bored with my request to stick with me for the purpose of being taught the basics of their own natal charts, so they could at any later point in time fully relate to the entire matter and recall the details. Those few individuals, though quite likely never had the intention nor the serious interest to truly learn about themselves to begin with and as a result wasted both my time and theirs. Astrology is definitely not some kind of shallow party gag or THE tool of accurate fortune- telling but a renowned and insightful science which hasn&#
