Careful What You Wish For (II)

Careful What You Wish For (II) - Have you ever noticed that special breed of old folks - to stick with just another classic cliche of old age and worldly wisdom - which embodies humbleness and modesty in such a candid and downright intense way that only bits and pieces of their personal life stories will do to ultimately leave you gut- wrenchingly teary- eyed? Wow, what an unfathomable extent of hardship your opposite in question has had to endure, right? What an incredible tear- jerker pulling at one's heartstrings like that, correct? I am definitely not a wimp, but I cannot deny getting choked up many a time at how extra- ordinarily tough life has been treating some of us. On a slightly different note, though, my tears give nothing but honest testimony about being profoundly touched at soul level, taking into consideration that the majority of those individuals has stood firm in their belief in a Supreme Being such as God, no matter the degree of difficulties along their way. Trust, another essential keyword here, preferably walks hand in glove with good old faith as it appears. Simply trusting that despite any hurdles, one way or another, it will all be well in the end. Of course, just like everyone else, they, too, must once have been filled perhaps even inspirited with various dreams, wishes and desires, even if in all likelihood comparatively less gigantomanic in nature or just less off the hook. On the other hand, there is that disreputable and shady sort of die- hard go- getters that simply disregard all sense for integrity along with the respect for rules they are no longer willing to play by so they can ultimately elevate and distinguish themselves for the mere purpose of higher and faster achievement of personal success. Unlike them, most of life's true heroes in their 70s, 80s and older, who you occasionally cross paths with, seem to never have lost their steadfastness in life. Perhaps that's why they never ascended into heights that were out of everyone else's reach. You could say, they just know their place in life and society. Quite possibly as a further consequence, (provided they had it at all) they did not give in to the urge of representing someone they weren't or mirroring some uncharacteristically flashy and affluent pseudo existence. No, those guys and gals rather authentically come across as having stayed within their molds throughout their entire life- spans. Talking about ever existing polarity, there is no doubt that the black sheep have inevitably been roaming this earthly and presumably other realms alike since the very beginning of mankind, or better for just as long as the primary duality of God and Satan has been in place. If I were to take a wild guess, I would say 3 or even 4 as opposed to the original 1 out of 10 have meanwhile changed from white to black. I truly believe that in this very day and age there is an incline of 300% in men and women that are willing to fall for the fateful illusion of being privileged enough to get to the top the direct way, regardless of any obstacles. What they may not realize, though, that highway ride is straight hell- bound with no option of exit or return, especially once that tempting contract offered is signed, for good. Only fair to ask me the question whether it ever dawned on me back then in that lifetime in France what kind of deal I had essentially got myself into? You betcha, it did, but it was simply too late for damage control as the grounds underneath my feet had meanwhile been scorched from all the devastation. Not for nothing did I become a true fan of the seven- season long American show Once Upon A Time in which one of the main characters, charismatic Rumpel, short for Rumpelstilzchen, keeps reminding his clientele that all his services come at a price. How eerily true! Okay, how can we tell who among us has fallen or rather made themselves prey to the Devil's lures by signing that irresistible, promising and unstoppable deal - so individually tailored on top? On a smaller and more personal scale, we may very well pick up on something just not being right with our friends, colleagues, family members, neighbors, acquaintances, etc. Such usually occurs around the time that person's debts are finally due for collection. Out of the blue, things start to oddly go awry, loved ones mysteriously perish, health issues surface, divorce looms, and so on and so forth. Often times we are not quite aware of what exactly is going on all of a sudden - even with our immediate or closest surrounding. Somehow I find it easier to spot such irregularities with celebs that are in the limelight a lot. Just to give you a current example: Last week a brief news segment focused on the tragic death of a Country singer's small son. Well, while I went into prompt shock unable to verbalize at first, my husband just cast a stern look at me which set the tone for the following somber statement of his, "What do you think, another one working with the Devil?" - More next time around.

Buy small and local   Hi everybody! - Coming from a tiny country like Austria, one might assume that globalisation is just a phenomenon tailored for larger nations, but no, it has also been affecting us all across Europe. Globalisation itself is of complex nature, and even though I'm not planning to write about globalisation per se today, it somehow dictates our overall shopping behavior by bringing in more and more big box chain stores worldwide which sets the general trend for methodically and eventually putting local small family- run as well as individualists' shops out of business. In the 70ies I remember mom and dad taking us along to a wide range of stores from the baker to the butcher, the grocer's, the florist, the hard ware place, the electrician, the tobacco store, etc. What great memories our weekly trips to the market created for us. There we would hand- pick fresh fruit, produce, and other delicacies. Sometimes we would even get a piece of fruit or a carrot fo...

The Evolution Of The Soul

The Evolution Of The Soul   - Welcome back to my blog! - Today I'd like to focus on the various levels of souls and their different interim steps, respectively. Altogether there are reportedly 35 different steps, 7 per level of which there are 5. Each single step requires at least one whole lifetime to complete, but since several incarnations end prematurely, are terminated too early or are spent in non- physical states, it does in fact take much longer than that to run through all those steps. Running through, I guess, is a poor choice of words in this context as the entire process definitely resembles more of a gradual growth rather than a speedy race, and so it takes well over a hundred lifetimes and spans over thousands of years at best. Just for the (spiritual) records, the soul's existence between lifetimes - periods that usually also take up some time typically used for the soul to return home, its latest life review, being healed and taught, choosing a new life, prepari...
Jung, Dumm Und Gelangweilt   - Ein herzliches Hallo an alle!
