Regulate The "Regulars" (II)

Regulate The "Regulars"(II) - Hello everyone! - No half- heartedness there last night during the second presidential debate nor last week when the VP candidates went head to head, that's for sure! Very refreshing if you ask me. - Anyway, back to last week's blog post. In fact, wherever we look, this persistent lukewarm work attitude seems to be prevailing ever the more these days and is by now to be found almost everywhere. Deeply engrained in essentially every single aspect of our lives, it just does not show any signs of wanting to vanish any time soon. - How crazy is this, my husband was given several work referrals and endorsements alone this last week! I am blown away regarding the incredible amount of expectation that is now lying on his shoulders as far as fixing all sorts of broken and screwed- up things, all projects that have ultimately gone completely awry. Was it usually just plumbing, deck work, siding, bathrooms, kitchens, doors and occasionally landscaping, all of a sudden there just doesn't appear to be an end to the latest task lists handed over to him. Only good that my hubby is a truly excellent all- rounder as a general contractor, and even better that he lives here in this country and can pursue his career freely. Because one thing for sure, in Europe such, no matter how skilled, diligent and reliable a self- proclaimed contractor is, does just not exist and quite obviously for a good reason. In most parts throughout Europe and I believe Australia as well, you are offered multiple ways of schooling among which there is pretty diversified vocational training for all kinds of manual trades. On average, students spend one to three years in those specializing schools, and the theoretic part is certainly accompanied by virtually countless practical hands- on lessons. Only afterwards, the actual period of apprenticeship begins and usually lasts between three and five years per trade. Of course, technically, you could tackle and eventually master more than one job field, but you see, this way would be very time- consuming and thus rather unlikely to pursue. Mind you, this is explicitly the common route of trade education which means a master of whatever trade only obtains the aptitude and with it the license to do certain and partially pretty limited work as the higher levels are clearly performed by academics. For instance, it takes an architectural student about 12 semesters or six full years to just finish their basic education. Let that sink in just for a second! So we have plain engineers versus graduate or certified engineers. Rather simple, would you not agree? A European nurse trains at least four years on just a theoretic level before (s)he is finally released to yearlong strictly assisted practice. A future doctor's basic studies, mind you, exclusively at university level, spans from a minimum of six to twelve, sometimes even fourteen years including all the various specific trainings plus internships. I, for my part, attended university to become a simple Highschool teacher which was actually one tough, long, bumpy and expensive road trip unlike the course someone with the goal of acquiring an Elementary or Secondary School teaching certification would experience. With all due respect, but unless you go around and clean houses, you need scholar licensing plus extensive apprenticeship in pretty much any job. Screw- ups and oopses such as the ones that seem to be happening here all too frequently on multiple levels and which are basically overlooked, condoned and sometimes even okayed, I had not experienced at all before arriving here. What a shame! Billions of hard- earned dollars are wastefully spent on half- heartedly executed jobs which sadly often go along with a terrible attitude and poor work ethics. Regulating the occupational market through nationally clearly standardized specialized schooling, sufficient practical training and lastly licensing should effectively and for once and all put a major halt to that form of unnecessary and annoying mismanagement.

Seelenpartner, Zwillingsseelen, ... Alles Aus Einer Einzigen Seele (II)

Seelenpartner, Zwillingsseelen, ... Jede Seel

Follow The Stars (II)

Follow The Stars (II)   - Over the years I've done quite a few astrological sessions, and I've got to say, the majority had come into that clearly anticipating some fortune telling or rather future- perspective oriented readings but ultimately turned out to be genuinely reconciled and highly grateful for what they had got instead. Thank God, only a handful and thus a ridiculously marginal percentage has turned away, obviously too frustrated or bored with my request to stick with me for the purpose of being taught the basics of their own natal charts, so they could at any later point in time fully relate to the entire matter and recall the details. Those few individuals, though quite likely never had the intention nor the serious interest to truly learn about themselves to begin with and as a result wasted both my time and theirs. Astrology is definitely not some kind of shallow party gag or THE tool of accurate fortune- telling but a renowned and insightful science which hasn&#
