Reaction Upon Action - Good morning everyone! - I'm sure, two nights ago most Americans were glued to their TVs as they were anxiously awaiting the Grand Jury's decision in the Michael Brown case. The police officer who shot that black teenager dead back in August was ultimately not found guilty and will consequently not be indicted. What followed right after that announcement was a chain reaction of expressions of anger, hatred, hurt, and perplexity. Even though the deceased teen's parents and even the American president himself were pleading for a generally peaceful conduct, racial upheavals of unprecedented extent are to be expected. Cases like this most current one as well as Travon Martin's are sadly just the tip of the so frequently over- quoted famous iceberg. As a matter of fact, too many wrong actions throughout the last several centuries cannot simply be undone or corrected by a few well- meant and positively carried- out deeds. Actions always call for similar reactions solely depending on their intentional energies. Yes, needless to mention, reactions are always karmically steered and driven. In German we have a saying which despite its innocuous simplicity couldn't hit the message home any more clearly. It goes somehow like this: "Just as you yell into the woods, expect the same in return." Have you ever thrown a boomerang? I have, and believe me, had I known any better, I wouldn't have tossed it out as carelessly as I did. It came back so unexpectedly fast and ferociously that I had to dodge hard as not to get hit on the head full blast. I think, if we truly seek change which is supposed to be headed towards greater quality and more fulfillment, we ought to seriously reconsider how we act on a daily base in the very first place. It's no secret, we get what we send out - sometimes immediately other times at a later point in life. If we act politely, courteously and gently, the overall reaction will be naturally carried by the same kind of energies. On the other hand though, beware negativity in any form will come back just as such. It's entirely up to us individually to break these negative patterns. However, as mentioned before, one singular good deed after a longer series of negatives is initially still no more than a drop in the bucket. No matter how we look at it, it simply takes as long to decompress all those negative energies as it took to condense them. This does not imply that we shall despair and throw the towel. Quite on the contrary, we shall in time notice that our positive input will not have been in vain but that it just takes a while to gradually change energies from bad to better before ultimately turning out well. I love to compare this slow process of energy alternation to the long road of weight loss with long- term benefits. Losing a pound or two doesn't appear to be much at first especially if you plan on shedding 30, 40, 50 pounds or even more. Nonetheless, you're off to a good start, no matter how long the total journey ahead of you. Repetition is the tool to effectively bringing successful change, and the same principle relates to everything else in life. Why not make it a positive habit to slowly break negative action patterns, and just step out of your habitual mold? For a start, try to be consciously nice, compassionate and friendly just once a day, and very soon already you should feel quite a difference in people's perception or rather reactions. This being said, concerning the presently overly precarious situation in Ferguson, MO, we shall be called upon collectively sending the most positive thoughts and energies from across the whole country if not the entire globe to all those who are now feeling angered, pained, misunderstood or not heard at all. Violence is never the appropriate answer to violence except that it multiplies, condenses and encapsulates it even more just like some nasty cancerous growth. Positive reactions, on the other hand, are like the kind of fresh breeze this festering abscess needs to heal. Yes, HEALING is the word here. It's high time that we finally started the healing process together.
Seelenpartner, Zwillingsseelen, ... Jede ...
